"Very kind helpful staff. Lovely quiet, hotel with beautifully decorated interior. Absolutely fantastic breakfast which made allowances for my vegetarian, dairy free needs. The quality of the produce was top notch and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again."

"The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food."
