"Very convenient to good dining options, the ocean and nightlife. Close enough to downtown that it's an easy walk but far enough away that one can get a peaceful sleep."

Cozy 1-bedroom Efficiency in Downtown Southwest Harbor [Manset Room]
10/10 Excellent
"The place was perfect and had more than we needed! Fully supplied and appreciated the washer and dryer. Very clean and comfortable! Ed was a great communicator! He offered a 4 page info sheet for the area with recommendations! He was spot on! Local food was excellent. Really liked being on the quiet side of the park. So much more relaxed and easy to get around! Thanks again! "
"Beautiful, modern updated condo with comfortable beds & nice bathrooms. Small deck with a water view. Condo building is a small, restored, very old building, close to the street. The listing talks about noise & we did notice the traffic noise, mostly early in the mornings. Still, we’d stay there again & it didn’t disturb our sleep but you can hear it. Walk to the downtown area & short, pleasant drive to congested Bar Harbor. It was nice to retreat to a calmer, quieter SW Harbor."
2-bedroom Apartment in Downtown Southwest Harbor [Seawall]

"The place was thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed, and it was clean and lovely. The location was also fantastic for Southwest Harbor and this side of MDI!"
New prices, summer getaway at Seashore Cottage, Great Views and cozy fireplace
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was perfect. The host thought of everything. We didn’t need to buy anything except food. She even provided coffee. My only complaint was the marina next-door. It had a docking area but also a separate working area for repairs so was a little noisy on workdays when I wanted to sit by the water and enjoy coffee in the the quiet."
Rustic Farmhouse (4-Bedroom Home) - Pets Allowed by RedAwning
