"A group of 7 women visiting London during a hot as hell week. Wesley was very communicative prior to our check in and during. The AC worked well but Wesley delivered fans to help keep the hot flashes at bay and when we blew a fuse he immediately responded and resolved the issue despite the late hour. "My husband and I, with adult daughter, stayed here for five nights. Love the location across the street from the Great Portland tube stop, two coffee shops and a Tesco Express. The flat is super clean and new, very quiet, property management was super responsive and covered 24/7. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfy."
