No, our room looked out to a dingy parking lot. The hallways, main areas, room were dirty and not attractive at all. The bar and restaurant were empty and not appealing at all. The only redeeming part of the hotel was the walk along the waterfront. Hotel was a complete disappointment.

Richmond Guest House Bed & Breakfast
The room was clean and John friendly. Location was good, just a 10minute walk into main area of town, note there is a steep hill to climb though. An adequate breakfast is supplied as well

house was very central in Wellington with shops nearby. We did end up leaving early due to feeling unsafe as the front door is down a dark alley and the bottom floor bedroom windows look out into the alley.
