Excellent views across Johnston Reserve and the valley down to Otari-Wilton Bush, and around the block to quaint Marsden Village with easy public transport access to the City and beyond.
Five bedrooms, two at the bottom level with on-suite on the main bedroom. Three bedrooms on the top level, with bathroom, large open living and dining area, and kitchen; leading to the backyard perfect for a bbq at the end of the day.
A sun/lounge room at the main entrance on the bottom-level to catch some warmth if necessary.
There is also one off-street parking in a dedicated garage.
