This stylish one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of Wellington. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the bright, open-plan living and dining room offers a cosy space to unwind. Need extra sleeping space? A sofabed is available for extra sleeping configurations. Plus, the apartment includes laundry facilities and afree on-site carpark for added convenience.
Located in downtown Wellington, the city's best restaurants and cultural spots are just a short walk away.
The apartment is fully private, however, please note that it is a "dual-key" space. You’ll enter through the main door into a small hallway. This apartment is through the door on the left, while a separate studio apartment is located through the door on the right. It's important to note that there may be guests staying in the studio apartment during your stay.

Private Onsite Parking: Enjoy the convenience of your own dedicated parking spot, located right on the property. We had a wonderful time visiting our son in Wellington. The place was in walking distance to his home and we were able to host him and his girlfriend several times for meals and talks. Very centrally located and convenient and comfortalble.
