Teal House - Character House in Old Lyme Regis
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (47)
"Very good location and set up in general but as per title in need of a good spring cleaning. The amount of dust under the bed but also the lounge is on the unhealthy side, rubbish ( literally under the bunk bed ) and the carpet should also be professionally cleaned. Overall good location, spacious but needs some TLC. "

Sundial House Beachfront Arts & Crafts Period House
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (54)
"This is our 3rd stay at Sundial House, and we love it. It is unique, quirky, and in the most amazing position. There are always maintenance issues, but it is an old listed property so only to be expected. Sitting on the front terrace or the dining room looking out over the beach and the sea is wonderful."
