Enjoy private bush access to Oriental Parade in under 10 minutes and reach the city in less than 20. Crafted with comfort in mind, every space has been thoughtfully curated with designer finishes, original artwork, and premium amenities to create a refined yet relaxing retreat.

    Kitchen: Spacious and modern, with elegant marble bench tops, Bosch appliances, gas cooking, beautiful ceramics, an espresso machine stocked with fresh coffee beans, and a fridge with a built-in ice maker.

    This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day.

    All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, sugar) are included in your nightly rate.

    For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

    All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

    No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of seven. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked.

    The property is located in a residential area - A noise curfew is in place between 10pm and 9am for the consideration of neighbouring properties.

    Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure.

    We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.

    There are 3 labelled bins in the kitchen - rubbish , clean paper/cans/plastic recycling and glass bin. Once full please transfer into black bins out the back. The black bin is for rubbish with a yellow council bag already inside and the other is for paper/cans/plastics that goes in the clear council bag. Glass gets placed in the green council bin.

    Parking and EV charging.
    There is only on-street parking at the property, and this can be tricky after 5pm. Please also note that there are about 65 stairs down to the property. Lighting is available.

    For any personal belonging/s that are left at the property, there is a $20 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging. This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administering the return charge.
