Won’t be back

No free Wi-fi code left anywhere and attendants mobile never responded, horrible almost on floor bed with urine stained manky old worn unprotected mattress, bedroom window blind broken so exposed to neighbours and tatty external areas, no bathroom mirror (previously broken and not replaced), paid £6 extra for breakfast, expecting cooked, but it was a help yourself basic toast/cereal. While overall clean(except the horror under the bed sheets, the overall kerb appeal was totally neglected and unkempt and could be so much better for a little effort and love. While cheap, I’d rather pay £15 more to get all the comforts and cleanliness. Won’t be back or recommend

Without private cos a window or curtain I couldn’t open because if I do I’ll be inside the restaurant, and there’s no way for this bedroom to take some air away, smelled dumb because of no airways into this room! My rate talk about this room it’s 0! I can classified this room as storage

Do not go to this hotel, it’s not worth it!

First impressions were not great, the owner answered the door in shorts and a vest. After showing us to our rooms was nowhere to be seen for the entire weekend. The shower/bathroom was shared between three different rooms and not particularly clean. The light in the toilet downstairs was broken. The arial in the tv did not work. Ceilings were cracked. The breakfast, if it can be considered that, was poor. It was essentially crumbs in the bottom of a box and I was down for breakfast at 6:30am. We actively went out of our way to stay as long as possible at the F1 to avoid returning until we absolutely needed to. The description on here does not fit the hotel. Avoid this hotel. Really not worth it.

No on suite. No bed side lamp. No catering except minimal breakfast. Staff very pleasant.

The room was very smelly and the bed was very uncomfortable the room was cold and when I complained about the problems the staff never give it any help and I was there for two nights

this hotel is still in its infancy and hence being developed. it was clean and tidy and check in was good. parking can be a problem on the road. I hope they sort the noisy waste digestion system and consider ensuite in the spacious rooms. extremely good value with continental breakfast available early enough for onward travel
