First of all was difficult to get a room online due to system failure, the key would not work to open the door, door was broken for the pool. Needs maintenance. But other than that the staff was nice and polite.

Door was open at check in, musty smell in room, the door privacy latch was missing. Luckily door was able to lock. Next morning woken up by loud housekeepers whose voices were so loud I thought they were in the room. Ice machine apparently leaked and floor outside my door was wet, so they were wet ...
