My husband dealt with the staff to get our key but said they were great, the room was nice and clean, no bedbugs despite the reviews I saw, the ac worked fantastic and the shower did aswell. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Quaint and Special Place!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this place. Booked it for the pool and I am so happy I did. We had a blast! The place was so clean and cozy! Will definitely book it on my next trip to Oklahoma!

Just this room

The roooms were very nice. Very clean. Our only complaint was the air conditioner. It has to be just this room because I stayed in room 11 last week while meeting friends here. It was 62 at night on the thermostat. So I know it was just this room. I would always recommend this hotel.

Always the best!

Always love this place! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Miss the continental breakfast though. But Big Red across the street has the best food!

Will stay again when visiting family. Convient and ground level, which is important to us. VERY clean and AC worked like an igloo, which we like. Staff super friendly and professional. Resturant on site closed for Mother's Day but Big Red's across street was good food and good service. Thank you Tenkiller Lodge for a great graduation weekend, Karen and Bruce

Recommended

We love staying there as it is quiet and inexpensive yet the rooms are decent and comfortable. They don't give enough towels eventhough you put there would be four people in the family. They maybe are kids but they need towels too. We will stay there again.

Quiet & cozy

Cozy, quiet out of the way place to stay with plenty of parking. Very roomy, comfortable bed and furniture, has small refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The only drawback for me was there was no blowdryer, so bring your own if you need one. Has a great restaurant across the street called Big Red Restaurant. It's only a short walk to get there. Great food, great service, and affordable.

Tenkiller Lodge

The hotel is nice and clean. The lady who manages the hotel also has a small diner and pie shop on site with amazing pies.

Almost a great place to stay!

It was priced well, it was also clean. Location was very good. The AC/Heater would not adjust, we were very cold during the night, until i turned up the heat on low, but it continued to heat up until I turned it down and then it would get to cold. My wife and I both left with sinus congestion, which made for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Almost a great place to stay!

Unique lodge feel. Looked the location between Talequah and Tenkiller. Very clean, some wear on the room, but still very comfortable. Good value, I'd absolutely stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was 100 outside, but they already had the air on so it was nice and cool the moment we walked in. We only stayed for one night but plan on staying again.

Its was so easy to check in, they were very nice, it was available when no one else was, and even when my wallet was stolen and I could not pay for the room on time. The office was very understanding and allowed me to go make a way to get the money and pay for it. Without kicking me out of my room. The room's essence when we walked in was so comfortable and welcoming. After staying in the slums of near by motels. It was like heaven on earth and the beds are so soft. NOW the heating/air unit works like charm weather it's high 80's or low 40's...

Nice lodge, we might stay there again.

The room is nice although the bathroom is small. The bed is uncomfortable, its outdated. And they only gave two pillows each bed. Oddly they only made one bed when they cleaned our room. I like our parking as I can see it from out window.

We had a great stay! the place was AMAZING! Very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels, hot water. Not enough channels for my liking but not everyone goes to watch TV! LOL! And we didn't care for the bed so much but were told they were all new, so it was probably just us! The service was friendly and very helpful! We recommend it and plan to come back and stay! 4 Stars! Nice lodge but....

The owner is nice, and the room is nice for the price but the room last we stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke and dogs smell. The room was clean though. We did not sleep well because the people were partying next to us. They were so loud talking and laughing until 1 am and we had to wake up at 5 am for an event that starts at 8 and we have to be at the event before 7 am. We will stay there again but next time we wilk ask to not put us in the room that smells like smoke and dogs plus not the party side of the building.

Make sure you try the pie at Nancy's!

The room was very clean, and plenty of towels and washcloths were provided. It had a real key instead of a key card, and it took me a little bit to figure out how to open the door because it had a locking doorknob and a dead-bolt using the same key. I kept locking one while unlocking the other, and I couldn't tell which one I was locking. Make sure to go to Nancy's for some pie to stuff in your pie-hole. LOL I didn't have pie. I had strawberry sheet cake with ice cream on the side. The only thing I found a bit frustrating is the mattress kept shifting several inches off the box spring. It really needed something to hold it in place. Oh, and the TV wouldn't work right, kept saying "no signal" but it really wasn't an issue for me because I had my laptop with me and the wifi had a strong signal with plenty of speed. So I just watched movies on my laptap. The clerk said she'd come down and re-program the TV, but I told her no need, I was fine with my laptop. I stayed four nights while I was in Tahlequah for a conference. It was quiet for the most part, except plenty of police sirens at all hours. Which I thought was a lot for a small town, but I live in a town with a population of 500, so I don't get out much.
