"Mostly as expected stay, except for three things I expected to see in a property so recently built: 1-No electric garage door opener 2- No dishwasher 3- No garbage disposal. Not dealbreakers, but it may impact others. Especially when so many similar properties in the area do have these amenities. Quiet area, but it is in a brand-new neighborhood that still has vacant lots under construction. Finally, the refrigerator was pretty dirty, and parts of it were blocked off from our use, along with one of the cupboards."

"The house itself was large and had all bedrooms and bathrooms that were described. Twenty minutes before check-in the guy called me and asked for another hour to get the house cleaned. We had a schedule to keep and we’re coming from out of town, so we went anyways… there was a group of men sitting around the table, shoes everywhere and ONE woman trying to clean six bedrooms and five bathrooms- not to mention the disgusting kitchen. The cleaner was lovely and let us prioritize where she cleaned next so that we could get ready for our event. The guy who owns/managed the place tried to blame her for the delay. There were ants all through the entry way and leasing into the main floor.I had told him we were there for a family wedding and yet he still tried to call me twice during the wedding instead of using the VRBO app - he also texted me. No thank you. The cleaners were still at the house at 6:30 - 3.5 hours after check-in in. I booked this house six months in advance - plenty of time to know it needed to be ready.I would never want to deal with this person again."

"Certainly not a dream home. I don't like being critical, but also don't want others to be mislead.Everything in this unit is cheap and put together with scotch tape and lipstick. A shelf that was only taped to the wall fell down, the kitchen sink faucet mount turns when you use the water, there is a mere 18" of room to walk between the wall and the far side of the bed, the tiny couch is so low and no supportive that my back still isn't right. No dish rack, or dish cloth. Just a pad of steel wool to do the dishes. When I arrived, the laneway was full, even though the listing says there is a dedicated spot. I messaged the host and was told that it is safe to park on the street. There is no cleaning service, and the plates were dirty to the point that we had to wash them before using. Beware...price is good, but there are reasons for this."

"5/5 stars! The home was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. There were 10 of us, and the house had everything we needed — plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchen supplies, and more. The host was also very responsive and replied quickly to any questions I had. The backyard was quite spacious and open. A grill and some outdoor seating would have been a nice addition, but since the home is newly built, I’m sure they’ll add to it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time there! Thanks again!"
