home feeling & cleared place, our place situated 02 mints walking weligama beach and surf point & city center, as well as 200m weligama railway station. all town facilities are available, ( walking distance) tourism surf points are available,, Our house is well decorated and newly renovated as modern house. So you cant get this house as same money in different house in the city Its very walk able place. From the big supermarket which is closed at 10pm is near by.
