"Checked in and left after 10 minutes. Bathroom door brown, toilet did not work and room smelled. Went to front desk to cancel and was told I could but needed to wait until manager was back in the morning. As of now, have not received refund."

"Two young ladies at check in were wonderful, man at check out had a "Wrestle Mania" toboggan on, wasn't representing the hotel well at all. The TV was difficult to operate, never got any channels in the lineup to display any programming. "

They had great recommendations for food and cocktails within walking distance of the hotel - we highly recommend Kite Hill Brewery. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and they are so quiet - well insulated for noise/other guests. This is our current favorite and we will return. "
