We stayed in the full access handicap room. The carpet is nasty and smells really bad. I felt that we packing that odor in all of our things when leaving. However, I called the desk to report a broken ironing board and it was replaced very fast. The staff was very friendly. They just need to give that room and carpet a good cleaning.

Quick stay, but was fantastic. We did arrive to our room with a very minor issue. Upon leaving to grab a bite to eat, asked the desk to take care of minor issue. They offered to move our room entirely. There was no need for a room change, so I declined and they fixed the issue while we were at dinner. Also offered water upon check-in as a nice gesture. Clean and the AC was the coldest I've ever had a hotel. Bed was soft. Shower clean, amazing pressure and no end in sight of the hot water running out. Would absolutely stay again
