"The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

"This property was more of a small town motel but with very modern bath facilities. Very clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay and the food was great. Traveling with our 3 children along takes some extra time with menus you can't read,but we were helped with that too. Very Good experience!!"
"Leider wurde die anfĂ€ngliche Begeisterung ĂŒber eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrĂŒbt. Bei der Buchung und auf der BuchungsbestĂ€tigung war fĂŒr die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hĂ€tten, wenn wir ĂŒber das Hotel direkt...
"Schöne Unterkunft, die mitten in Braunlage ist. So kann man vieles zu FuĂ erreichen. An manchen Ecken und den ZimmerwĂ€nden sieht man, dass nicht jeder Gast sorgsam ist, sodass ein neuer Anstrich viel ausmachen könnte. Die Ausstattung und der Service beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist umfassend und zuvorkommend; wir kommen gerne wieder!"
