The instructions to check in & out are clear to understand. The house is also equipt with all the water craft you'll need to have a great experience on the water & is a short paddle to hospital hole to hang out with the manatees. If you're unable to get into a kayak, just sit on the swing seat & wait for the wild life to swim past. "

The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on. Pricing may seem a little high, but for what you get is certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this place. Will be back next year. Thank YOU. ."

We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!"
