"We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights here on the river. The view was beautiful and river access was very easy. We used the kayaks and SUP everyday, despite the temps being cool. Everything we needed for outdoor fun was supplied. We loved having a view straight from the house into trees, rather than another home.Decor in the house was fantastic. It felt like someone put a lot of thought into personal touches in every space. The house itself was very clean and also had everything we could want in a home away from home, from jigsaw puzzles to any possible kitchen tool. Super impressed with the en-suite shower with its quick hot water and amazing water pressure.Location was convenient to several good restaurants. Groceries and Wal-Mart are a short drive away, too. This was a great house and we would definitely come back to stay again! "

"House is in the great location for nature lovers with direct access to beautiful Weeki wachee river. House is very clean, well maintained and equiped with all necessary supplies and has way more extra stuff for very comfortable family vacation.We were very pleased that there were variety of kayaks and two inflatable paddle boards available for our use. Host was very well organized, provided clear instructions and guidance on the house use and activities in the area."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and the waterfront location was wonderful!! The really appreciated the use of kayaks and the canal was a short paddle to the river. The boys enjoyed fishing off of the dock and we used the grill and fire pit several times. The screened porch was also a very nice place to relax and enjoy the water views. It was nice to have a large TV and comfy couch to watch the bowl games (we have had rentals before that did not). The owners were very helpful before our stay and luckily we didn’t have any issues during our stay that needed assistance, but I’m sure they would have been responsive if we did! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!"

"We had everything we needed. The house was clean and very well stocked. We didn't have to get toilet paper or paper towels, etc. The water was a quiet part of the river with easy access to the main channel. We had plenty of kayaks to enjoy the water. This was an amazing family Christmas vacation. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!"

"Dawn was an amazing host we had a small issue with some dead bugs and she went out of her way to make it right. The area was quiet neighbors i did see were beyond friendly. It was perfect distance to get to the springs 5 minutes to kayaking . We will be back!!!"

"Absolutely amazing with lots of wildlife - otters manatees turtles dolphins and monkeys. We felt no need to go anywhere else our entire stay. One of the few places I’d book again."

"We had the best time! You can jump right off the dock into crystal clear blue water. Thats just one of the things among so many. Sitting on the dock at night listening to the sounds of the woods. Fish jumping out of the water. Star gazing. It ended up being my husband who is handicapped to walk and our two adult kids with their other half. My husband was content to sit on the dock and enjoy nature while the rest jumped on the Round Boats you can rent up stream. We laughed, breathed fresh air and the kids can't stop thanking me . The house is laid out perfect for a family gathering with beautiful wood decor throughout. Most definitely will be back and I'm bringing the grandbabies. Thank you for sharing this perfect place on the river!"
