"Few days have problem with the bathroom leak, report and do not resolve the problem"

"When booking the room said 2 queen beds .... not the case they were full size beds. Also not comfortable at all. Also when checking , continental breakfast was only for suites not the hilton residents in the same building. And the only parking was a valet service that was an additional $35 charge per day, And once parked had to stay parked cant come and go ."

"The property is outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. After having a surprise 18 hr layover at the airport, we spent the night out of desperation and I regretted picking this hotel once I laid down on the rock of a bed. Also, our main light by the beds was broken and we had to unplug it to shut it off for the night to sleep."

"Stayed for just one night and was given a unacceptable room, and when asked the staff would not change the room. The room was not as shown on your website and half the room was taken up with gym equipment. There was no facilities for sitting to eat, No table, one chair and no luggage stand.Very disappointed."

"Super cute hotel, perfect location. Nice breakfast. Front desk associates were not very welcoming. I opened the sofa bed and it had cookie crumbs and tags under the cushions. Showed pictures to staff. Housekeeping person was very apologetic, nothing from administration though "

"The staff at check in and breakfast where both excellent. The room was both spacious and a great value. The bed was clean and comfortable. It not some elaborate resort but I didn't need any of those amenities. It is close to both SeaWorld and universal."
