"1.The bed was comfortable. 2.The smell in the whole motel could be better. 3. The person driving by at 11:30pm, 12:30am, 1:15am with their stereo booming wasn’t needed. 4. Pit bulls in the hall way being walked by little kids-scary! 5. Little Vanity. 6. Shared bath mat——No!"

"Gabriella was a lifesaver! We were stuck in a storm in Oklahoma and knew we would not make it. We called to cancel the reservation and she refunded it. By the time the storm passed we were exhausted and called back to see if the room was available for a 5 AM check-in and a late checkout. She set us up and took care of everything so that we could come in and get some rest before we continue our journey. She went over and above to take care of us."

"We enjoy having our own private space instead of a hotel so we really didn't need much and this place was very spacious had a private space outside. Very windy in Joplin, it was quite nice. It was clean and we really enjoyed the king size bed it would have been amazing if there was a big bathtub in that huge walk-in closet off of the main ensuite where the sunlight is wow. But that is just a recommendation. There is a very steep driveway. Definitely need your parking brake"
