- On the property, you'll find the host's blue home (up a separate driveway, situated way down below this home), along with three cabins and a tiny home, located up the hill - over 160 feet away from this home. This home sits down the hill, offering added separation and privacy. All rentals are thoughtfully spaced to ensure a private and peaceful stay.

- Shared spaces for all guests include the animal areas, pasture, gravel driveway, and the green swing with beautiful mountain views! - From your back deck, enjoy beautiful mountain views and sunsets in the winter and spring. In summer, when the trees are in full bloom, the view is partially covered - but you can always stroll down to the green swing for a stunning, unobstructed view anytime!

- Close to Asheville (15-20mins) and just 10 minutes from Weaverville's Starbucks, Publix, Ingles, Walmart, restaurants, and more. Enjoy a countryside setting while staying close to the action. Located just off I‑26. We love the location - and we know you will too! - Feel free to roam the 10 acres, visit the goats and chickens, spot the neighboring cows near the edge of the property.

We're Here If You Need Us! My husband and I live right here on the property, so we're available nearly 24/7 if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. Feel free to message me anytime through the app—we’re always happy to help! You’ll likely see me around the animal enclosures in the mornings and evenings as I care for our friendly goats and chickens. Otherwise, you're welcome to come and go as you please—we absolutely respect your privacy.

We rarely see guests unless they want to meet the goats up close—other than that, we keep to ourselves and give you plenty of privacy. Yes! I will take you inside the goat enclosure if you want to pet/cuddle Rocky, Cheesecake, Micky or Beanie :) They are super friendly!

A Quick Note: We do share the beautiful gravel driveway with one neighbor. We hope you have a peaceful and relaxing stay!

I Love Our Location as you are So Close to Asheville, Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, Hot Springs, Marshall, White Water Rafting, The French Broad River, Hiking Trails, Skiing, Ziplining, and More! The countryside, but close to everything!

At this property - Wildlife is part of the charm - deer, wild turkeys, woodchucks, red cardinals, and even the occasional bear make appearances. Keep an eye out - you might see them too!
