Drooly Bear Cabin: Your Raystown Lake Getaway!

"The cabin was so dirty that we did not stay there. Stains on the carpets, cobwebs, dust in the bathrooms, the place was very dark , and had a bad smell. The light switches had scotch tape markings and some of the lights didn't work. When we asked for a refund , the owner told us we went to the wrong cabin. He said it was cleaned before we got there. Do not trust this person."

"Very clean treehouse with an excellent view of the river. We had a great time exploring nearby caves and towns and were able to fully relax afterwards. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep so keep that in mind. Bruce was easy to talk to. Great stay."

"The property itself was a little slice of heaven. What the issue was when we informed the owner that we found bugs in the cabin, specifically cockroaches, their response was to basically tell us we didn't know what we were talking about and that we could always leave, after just having driven 3.5hrs to get there, because they spray and no one else has EVER complained before. Even after we showed photo proof. We'll we found 3 dead cockroaches a dead wasp, a dead yellow jacket and several dead stink bugs. I used to work as a pest control professional. I know my bugs. Loved the cabin... not thrilled with the owner."

"We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The only changes we would make would be to add more TVs, since there was only one. Also, a full length mirror would have been helpful. Beds were very comfortable. House was spotless. When communication through VRBO was impossible, host was very good about providing information and responding quickly."
