Only one shuttle to the airport per hour is poor service. That was not communicated anywhere that i could see until i asked at the front desk when we checked in. Otherwise was ok for one night between flights.

Good enough for a night stay. Area around hotel is a bit sketchy. The staff was wonderful.

Overall, the room was a very good value. The location cannot be beat as Pike Place Market is just a 1 minute walk and the waterfront was just 5 minutes down the hill. It is also very close to the train station making it easy to and from the airport. The unit was clean and well equipped and the bed, while low, was comfortable. The staff was helpful in taking our bags for early arrival and late departure, although the front desk was little more than a coat closet which was a little odd. The tv had only Roku, which limited the viewing options. Overall it was a very good stay and would likely stay again.

Within walking distance of space needle, Chihuly and Hop on Hop off trolly. Also a McDonald's and subway nearby for fast food.We only stayed two days so we didn't explore the city as much as we could have.

This hotel is walkable to downtown Seattle.
