The charming fully-stocked kitchen provides plenty of counter space and all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite recipes. Cookware, flatware, and dishes are all included for your convenience.

Silver Linings boasts a well-appointed and tranquil master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Open the windows and let the crisp mountain air lull you into the most restful slumber of your life. Additionally, there are two queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Planning to grill some delicious chicken or steak? Go ahead and treat yourself! Please note that there is parking available for up to three vehicles in front of the garage or in the loop driveway. Kindly be advised that the road leading to the property requires repair toward the end. For added safety during the winter months, we recommend the use of AWD or 4WD vehicles.

No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
All pets must be disclosed. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.

Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.

An all around WONDERFUL experience!!!

My significant other and I drove down for a nice relaxing getaway and received just that. Alexis was an absolute gem; extremely responsive, kind and inviting. She even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was exactly what we were looking for. Something calm and peaceful. The trek to it was fun in a Honda coupe, but once I got the hang of it it was a breeze lol. The home was cozy and the view of the mountains was excellent! Would 10/10 recommend and visit again!

Awesome

Wonderful house at the top of the mountain! Very private and plenty of room for the pups to run and play. Hot tub had a fantastic view. Fireplace was great. Lots of extra blankets to keep warm (it was in the teens at night). House was as comfortable as being at home - had all we needed. Host was very responsive and made the trip easy. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Alexus!

Smoky Mountain Christmas

Isolated with great views = perfect family getaway. The host was extremely responsive and the property as advertised. Beds were comfy and the house is very nice for the area. We enjoyed sunsets in the hot tub! A bit of a bumpy ride up the long driveway, but very manageable. Internet was spotty at times, but worked well enough to stream football games and movies with minimal interruptions. A small price to pay for mountain seclusion.

Perfect for us.

We didn’t get there until about dark. The road was challenging, but Alexis sent us excellent directions. We were so pleased with the house. Didn’t really get to see the wonderful views until the next morning. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. One of my daughters is trying to convince me we should come back soon! Wouldn’t take much convincing.

Great Getaway

Everything was as advertised. A relaxing getaway. It had great views. The house was well set up with a master BR downstairs and two queens upstairs. Alexus was very attentive (though since everything was as promised, there was no need to be.) If you've stayed at other places which had almost no supplies, you'll be very pleasantly surprised at what you'll find here. I'd suggest driving up during the daylight on your first visit, but once you get the lay of the land, it's an easy drive. It's also close to skiing and tubing at a Cataloochee and to groceries and restaurants (Haywood Smokehouse was a family favorite) in Waynesville.

Great views and home

Loved this property - very nice amenities and clean! Great set up and easy to use electronics. We had rainy weather the whole time so did not get to enjoy the outdoors. The only surprise was the gravel road to get there.

We were only there 2 nights, traveling through. The road to get there is sketchy to say the least. Tiny but has huge potholes, fiber optics lines on the ground from a storm. House could be taken care of better on the outside. The view is beautiful, but not much outside space to go on a walk to enjoy. Inside, it is nice, spacious, has mostly everything we needed. They provide 1 towel per person (as listed) but no extra for the hot tub. The white bath towels didn’t seem like the best idea to be outside. But we made due. It was clean and secluded, just like we wanted. It was beautiful and a good place to stay.
