"I’m really surprised how good the reviews were on this hotel after visiting it. I don’t need fancy, but this room was really dirty. Pieces of debris in the bathroom and on the carpet. Drips of mold or something on the bathroom wall and right behind the doorway. Like from eye level all the way, almost down to the floor, at least 10 drips. As well as juice or urine not really sure in the garbage can. It was also under construction, which I can understand and appreciate the updates seem to be in the hallway."

"I gave the overall 4-star rating because the manager (owner?) was so helpful and eager to make my stay comfortable. Having said that, the place is undergoing remodeling so the current (unremodeled) rooms are dated and a bit rundown, but they have everything you need if you're not planning on spending all day in the room; a comfortable bed, a functioning bathroom, streaming TV, and even a little couch and desk. I look forward to staying here again when the renovations are complete."
