"The staff was very helpful during a hotel system outage. They were very patient and efficient. I think the rooms could use a little bit of updating, but besides that everything was clean and comfy. Maintenance helped us fix a charger problem very fast."

"The room was comfortable, the staff kind, and the breakfast ok (food was good, ambience odd). The airport shuttle is not for anyone in a hurry (it took me an hour from arriving at pickup to reach hotel) and seems to leave at 30 minute intervals from hotel. Still: the price was very good for an airport hotel."

"I highly recommend staying here when visiting Dallas. The hotel theme and decor are lovely, the staff and restaurant workers were very helpful and hospitable and the pool view was nice even though I didn't swim in it due to the chilly weather but the pool is heated. The room I had was nice and I had the perfect night view of the Reunion tower. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Dallas. "

"I paid for the Gold Experience however, nothing about the experience was Golden. It is much different at other Fairmont properties. "

"I booked a room with 2 beds quite sometime in advance but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were only single king rooms available. We had originally booked for there to be3 people on the trip but luckily for us, only 2 of us ended up making the trip. Had all 3 of us traveled then we would not have been able to make this work"
