Summer Retreat

My family has never been to the Outer Banks, but we were pressed to book a summer trip so we didn’t get blocked out. The listing was exactly as it appears on VRBO. Immaculate conditions and very well appointed kitchen and amenities. The staff was incredibly courteous on the phone and via email. We are not kite surfers (it looks fun), but the beaches are incredibly beautiful and only a very short drive with parking everywhere. The Bar & Grill on the property has a fantastic menu. I would definitely recommend Watermen’s Retreat to anyone looking to unwind!

The property offers everything a family would want to enjoy the outdoors. The rooms were spacious and clean. The management was quick to answer all of out questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. The kids(all recent high school grads) loved all that the Waterman's and OBX had to offer.

It was just as beautiful in person as online. Everyone was awesome and we can’t recommend it enough!

Reservation process and check in were seamless. Felt very safe with COVID precautions. Property was in pristine condition. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back!
