"The house is very nice and clean. Location was great for attending my grandson's Navy graduation. With that being said I do have some negatives about my family's stay. First of all, the listing states "Entire Home" that is not accurate. The host notified me they lived "on site", I evidently misinterpreted that they meant they would actually be in the house. Some of my family did not feel comfortable with that but it was too late at the time we arrived to make changes. It is not that they bothered us, and we never saw them while we were there. However, it was evident they came into at least the kitchen when we were out. Except for the day we arrived, every time we returned there was an extremely strong curry odor that would almost knock you over when opening the door. It gave you a sickening feeling until we located air freshener to dissipate it. Also, it is very inconvenient to have to go upstairs or downstairs to the bathroom, since there was not one on the main level of the home.If the issues I mentioned are not a concern for you, then the actual home is very nicely decorated and clean."

"Booking was easy. Check in, no problem. Requested to be away from elevators and lobby due to traffic and events late at night. Reservation at the main indoor restaurant was poorly ran. Hostess never called my party so we were forced to take our dinner to go and eat it in our room. Thankfully the food was surprisingly good, at all locations in the hotel. Pool was great - water temp was warm (aka perfect). Loved mobile ordering food and drinks! It saved on so much time. Overall, a good experience."

"The AC unit didn’t work and or the heat unit so the room was extremely cold. The hot tub was filled with dirt and rides to the top. The vending machines didn’t work the front desk lady was pretty rude. The doors were all banged up and had gaps underneath them so you could hear everything that was going on inside or out. There was also crackheads and prostitutes that were living on property. "

"Was a good stay was hoping the pool was open but it is still being remodeled. Rooms could be a alittle cleaner found hair on sink and shower, and stain on sheet. Staff is super nice. Had fun on the beach. "
