"We stayed over Christmas. Great room with a great view. The staff were all super friendly and even hand delivered Christmas greetings with a present. ❤️🎄 This hotel is super central, with a lovely bar on the ground floor and a roof with a great view (no bar on the roof though). When we arrived they gave us a local travel card for free. Can’t recommend it enough. "

"Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer."
