"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting...
"A truly amazing hotel, the room and especially the view something else. The breakfast is excellent and it has 2 bus stops right outside that take you to Innsbruck in 20 mins. The spa is really good also. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in."
"A little inconvenient that it wasn't open when we arrived for luggage drop off but otherwise very helpful staff, well maintained historic B and B and great breakfast. Will definitely return."
"Courteous staff, easy parking for just 10€ more. Great location, free to use spa downstairs. No laundry facilities, despite what the description said"
"The room was lovely and cosy. Very powerful shower! The hotel is in an excellent location for public transport. 2 minute walk to the train station and you are in Innsbruck main town centre in 6 minutes! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future. "
"The only thing missing was air conditioning. I booked because I thought it said air conditioning but there was none. However, I will say this is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the location on the river is amazing. The type of hotel you make a trip just to stay at the hotel"
