"The amenities were adequate, breakfast was ample, readily available, with a very good selection (Waffles, cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, fresh fruits, and more. The bed was comfortable, lighting was sufficient, and temperature controls worked as needed. There were other amenities which we did not need or use, such as a laundry area, vending machines, pool, and lounging area near lobby. Adding benches or chairs outside entrances/exits would be nice to have a place to sit, smoke, use phones etc. This was a last-minute reservation, and we were welcomed in with pleasantries by the check in staff. We did not really have further staff interactions, but I believe the would have been equally pleasant and welcoming."

"This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored."
