"We discovered a small water leak from the air‑conditioning unit in our cabin, and the caretaker responded quickly by relocating us to another cabin. The upgrade was much appreciated, and both cabins were clean, comfortable, and well presented. Overall, the situation was handled promptly and professionally, making for a pleasant stay."

"There is an instant sense of calm and relaxation on arrival. As you step out onto the deck looking down on the tree studded town and out across the valley to the green vine covered hills beyond, you just want to take in slow, deep breaths of fresh country air. Everything feels spacious and open: from the acre of land with its little wishing well and Aussie windmill, budding orchard and sprouting vineyard to the generous rooms with vaulted ceilings and large windows providing views in all directions and glimpses of the cleverly decorated garden and landscape. The place is new and modern with quality finishes and thoughtful touches reflecting an eye for the aesthetic. We visit the Clare Valley frequently and this accommodation is an excellent base from which to venture out and explore the wineries and restaurants or to walk or ride the Riesling Trail.
