I love the breakfast, which is excellent with excellent view of the harbor. I would love to give an excellent review. However, the internet is very bad and unreliable. I complained with the staff. But they could not do much. So, I have to give a discount on my review.

The room is clean and comfortable. The balcony is a plus for the room, view from balcony is nice, with a little bit of sea view and it's great for chilling with the view. We can hear a little bit of sound from other rooms at night. But it's not a big deal for us.

4泊5日のひとり旅で4連泊。 ウォーターマークHOTEL本館の別棟別館って感じのHOTELでセキュリティもしっかりしてたし、ほとんど人に遭うことなく気を使わずプライベートTimeを過ごせました。 本館での朝飯も品種は少ないながら個人的には美味しかった。 お腹いっぱい喰ったら昼飯は抜きで大丈夫！！ すぐ目の前が西子湾で対岸へのフェリー乗り場も有り、夕日＆朝日が凄く綺麗！！ 街中の雑踏の中のHOTELには泊まってないが、ゆっくり＆のんびり綺麗なロケーションを眺めて、とても素晴らしいHOTELでした。１０秒歩けばコンビニOKマートが有り重宝。 派手さはなくVIPな感じではないけど、ゆっくり＆のんびり高雄の旅を、楽しめました。ありがとございました。

預訂了西子灣館，可能因為入住日是平日，check in時櫃檯說可以升級入住本館，於是就升級了，本館地理位置比西子灣館更貼近海邊，就在海岸步道旁，房間的窗戶是面對渡輪站與85大樓的那一側，雖然不是正對旗津與港灣航道，但能兼具城市與港區景觀，飯店下樓一旁就有一間酒吧，可以坐在戶外座位看著航道享受微醺，過一個人行天橋即可到達渡輪站，飯店另一側鄰近北門砲台，兩者皆步行約五分鐘可到達。 飯店停車方便，正門與後面停車場皆可停車，唯門口停放空間較為侷促。

Wi-Fiの接続が30分ごとくらいに途切れて、その都度複雑なIDとPWの入力を強いられる。 1番グレードの高い部屋なのに、備え付けの金庫が壊れているため、朝食に行くにも常に携帯。 冷蔵庫は冷えない。アメニティはない。 他にもありますが、悪口を言ってる訳でなく、また泊まりたいので改善してほしいのと、皆様のホテル選びの判断基準になればよいと思います。

很舒服的一次旅程

設備不算新 地毯沙發都有明顯磨損和髒汙 隔音稍嫌不足 隔壁開關門都聽得到 但不影響休息 另外就是浴室的熱水 住了這麼多家飯店 算是來得非常慢的一間 而且一來就變超燙 調水溫要有耐心 確認溫度不再變化才開始洗 但是地理位置非常棒 有景有車位有陽台 離周邊商圈也很近 床很舒服軟硬適中 早餐豐富好吃 很有心在經營 完全蓋過一開始說的那些硬體缺失 很滿意
