"Staff was excellent. Hotel pantry was empty. Dish washer and bathroom fan didn't work. Broken tiles in bathroom."

"The room was very clean and there is on site parking. I used the guest laundry- which only takes quarters and you need to bring your own detergent/dryer sheets - but it was nice to not have to find a laundromat. There was a mini fridge in the room but it did not seem to keep anything cold enough. Bed was comfy as well."

"There were ants crawling all over the breakfast area and not enough food the garage cans are really small in the room my phone and PS5 could not connect to the WiFi and in order to get to the indoor pool you have to go outside and my bed didn’t have a frame on it so my room had to get changed this place was horrible and then they closed the pool for about 5 hours this morning but receptionist was great he was very nice "

"I'm usually pretty lax about hotels, for example: smells like cigarettes/weed (not ideal, but no problem), outdated (no problem). This property wasn't clean!! Room had ants and cockroachs. This is my red line. I can deal with a lot, but not clean is a red line. Do not stay here!!"

"The only unique thing was the parking. Having to get the ticket validated each time we left/came back was annoying but the staff was efficient and it was super easy and quick."
