In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "

"Customer service was very low and bad. The TV never worked in the room. They blew me off and acted as if there was nothing they can do. The heater in the room is old school and makes loud noises. Definitely not worth the money nor is it what you think it is being that is at a casino. The staff was not friendly and appeared not to care with all my concerns regarding having to sit in the room with no TV or anything. They thought I should just go to the casino and enjoy myself and not worry about the TV not working."
