This is a nice, clean home. It is as described and depicted on the site. It is a convenient location to the water park, casino, and the University. It is a nice property for extended families to stay.

Family getaway, awesome place!

Our family of 16, 8-adults 8-children(12-7months) had a great stay at this location! Lots of space, comfortable beds, cleanliness, & plenty of options to keep our group busy. The host sent clear easy directions for check in & quick response to questions. We would definitely look into staying again.

Great family get away!

This house was the perfect size for our family trip! Wonderful layout with plenty of bedrooms and space for a large group. The house was very comfortable and clean with great activities to keep the adults and kids entertained! We would love to stay again this summer and visit the nearby waterpark! Highly recommend!

Exceptional place to stay

We enjoyed our stay and were blown away by the cleanliness and all it had to offer. Lots of towels, extra blankets/pillows, fully equipped kitchen and also had folding table and chairs for extra seating which was a huge bonus for our large family! One of the best rental houses we have ever stayed at! Easily located and only a couple minute drive from the lost island waterpark! Hands down one of the best rentals properties we have ever stayed at.

We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Perfect house for kids!

We've stayed here twice now and we absolutely love it. The lower level is perfect for kids to play and keeps the noise away from the adults upstairs. The pond in the backyard is great for fishing (we caught a few dozen) and the nearby water park is a hidden gem. It easily fit our 3 families with plenty of breathing room. We will definitely be returning!

Weekend getaway

This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students.

Beautiful home in great location!

We had a family get-together in the Waterloo/CF area and wanted a place near Lost Island waterpark. This home was the perfect, nearby location. The house was spotless and had all the essentials. We felt right at home! Rapid communication with the owner/management as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

45th Anniversary kids and grandkids

It was a great house easy to find quiet neighborhood. The backyard and porch gave lots of outdoor space for kids and adults. House has two living rooms and gave us a chance to have space for different age groups.

Nice house with plenty of room for the kids to play their games and for adults to be able to catch up. Everyone had a good time. I may be old school but 1 of the things I would add is some kitchen towels and a dish rag or so. That way we could clean up better. Otherwise, we had a great time. Thank you

Weekend with kids and grandkids

Every other year we get together with all of the kids and grandkids at a new area. This year it was Waterloo. We had a great time being together and enjoyed music from kids, playing games and food. Everything ended too soon, but many memories made. The property met our expectations but the weather did not allow anything outdoor.

In lack of nothing!

Walking into a fresh smelling, beautiful and immaculate home was so inviting in itself; but I was continually impressed that anything we would need was thought of. From kitchen utensils down to ice paks/first aid kit for injuries, we were able to find needed items. The air hockey was a hit and the fishing was as well. Comfortable beds, lots of linens, and couches super comfy. We had no trouble being entertained just inside the house, gaming etc...highly recommend this vrbo!
