"My room was not ready like it was supposed to be at 4:00 so I did not even get checked in totally until 5:00. The toilet was running on and off all night. the pool area was closed and I wanted to swim but could not do that and that was one of my main reasons for even going there. the windows was severely dirty. you had to pay for breakfast when I said it was included. Oh yeah when I got there found out I had to give $100 deposit when I was never told that when I booked the room"

"We had such a great stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was super welcoming and stylish without feeling over the top. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cool modern look that made it feel a little more special than your average hotel. The staff really stood out—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. It’s always a big plus when you feel taken care of without it feeling forced. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to check out, which made getting around super easy. Overall, it was just a really smooth, enjoyable experience. "I was switched rooms after a major house fire I just wanted to sleep The room they put me in had a line across the top of the tv and the toilet was malfunctioning due to a crack pipe clogging the back of the toilet!!!!!!!! We were so exhausted and devastated we just went to bed We had been here a week and at another Wyndham for a few days that was even worse but I’m being accused of smoking in my room and that’s not possible the maids came in and smelled and even went to the front desk and til d the staff nobody smoked in that room they still were rude and threw a phone number at us to call I have nothing left now while waiting on insurance to get us into a new place I DID NOT smoke in any room !!!!! The time it says I did I was sound asleep I go to bed at 9 pm every night due to the time I have to be at work . They charged us and accused us for this while we were sleeping gave us the report Oh and I don’t vape either I used to run a hotel I’m 44 yrs old I am not stupid enough to smoke in a hotel room My husband and I are on camera everytime we smoked going to our car The maids saw us every time the staff saw us every time And I barely smoke The maintenance here is awful because every room has an issue I feel their lil “ smoke detector “ is malfunctioning And why would it say I smoked while I was asleep ? Makes no sense whatsoever and again we had a maid come in she went down do the front desk and vouched for us that it did not smell of any smoke"

"Loved the mid century modern unique vibe! Large size rooms, wonderful staff and great selection for breakfast! Appreciated the cleanliness in all areas! Would not hesitate to stay again!"
