"The house was immaculate, well appointed, even some essentials in case you forgot anything which was perfect since 2 members forgot toothbrushes! Every you need is there and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was easy for everyone to get ready and out to the slopes which were so close! Perfect... will stay again next ski season! "It was a quick weekend trip, but the house was very comfortable and close to the town of Bridgton. Check in/out was extremely easy and communication with the host was seamless. The house isn't right on the water, but there are still nice lake-views and a short walk down to the shared beach access."

"Our stay was excellent. The property was spotless and was a nice mix of modern and cozy. The space was well thought out and very comfortable. We really enjoyed all the extras and the outside fire pit.We had great communication with Kat the owner. "The listing indicated Air Conditioning was provided, however, when we arrived, there is no AC. The host indicated that it was out of season for AC so it had been removed. Please note, it is a single AC unit, it is not a window unit nor a central AC. Additionally, the master bedroom does not have any windows to open, so the opportunity to get the breeze throughout the home is difficult. "We stayed here as a group of 9 friends for a ski weekend and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The house was extremely clean and a great size for our group. We loved the hot tub, living room setup and games in the house. Sunday River is only a 12 minute drive from the house. Trevor, the host, was wonderfully communicative and our check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We would absolutely stay here again."
