This estate is in a serene Mountain private estate on 15 rolling acres. Very close to Sunday River and Several Large Mountain Ponds to swim, fish, kayak, hiking, white water rafting, snow mobile, and boat!! Beautiful and serene private mountain community + very close to several ponds Bryant, Indian and South Ponds within a couple mins of property (including public boat launch) and Ski Resorts of Sunday River and Mt Abrams. Close to downtown Bethel, Fine and Casual Dining, Oxford Casino, Jordan’s Day Spas, Golf Resorts, Gem Museum, and many more amenities in surrounding area.



Getting Around:

Ample parking in two very large driveways on the front of 15 acres estate (approx 12-15+ cars).
