"Absolutely loved this place! Our room was stunning, the staff was wonderful, and had such a great selection of little snacks. I can’t wait for another opportunity to stay here! "
"We stayed in the penthouse suite. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). You’re a block away from all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to Badger’s Island in Maine where you can get drinks and/or a bite to eat and a short walk to the town hall where they had a nice little farmers market Saturday morning "
"First room we checked into was satisfactory, nothing great, nothing bad, just a room for the night. However, my husband went to take a shower and there was not one drop of hot water. He got dressed again and went down to get the room changed as the phone was not working either, Room was changed to a new room. The new room was outstanding. It had been redone and was excellent. While we weren’t happy with the no hot water, the situation was rectified promptly and with minimal effort. it is not what goes wrong but it is how management deals with the issue. The young man at the front desk was excellent and got his manager involved to take care of the issue."
