"Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well. "

"Great service good location. Just don’t bring durian fruit into your room because of the smell they charge a cleaning fee for it. Pretty reasonable haha it doesn’t smell great. Overall great stay I would recommend "
