"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai over Chinese New Year, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel arranged a seamless airport pickup, which was a great start to our trip. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in booking a couple of excellent tours around the area. The buffet breakfast every morning was a highlight; delicious variety and great quality to fuel our days. I really enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the relaxing pool—perfect for unwinding. Location-wise, a lot of Chiang Mai's nightlife, markets, and restaurants are just a short walk away, making it super convenient. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable spot with excellent service. We'd happily return!"

"The rooms were clean, most of the staff was nice & helpful. Breakfast was delicious. This good hotel is located in a bit of a rough area however there are some nice cute shops just around the corner. It’s in a convenient location close to town and close to the airport. We liked our stay there. The only one thing I did not like was the towels look a bit worn out but they are clean. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you!"

The staff were among the best in Thailand that we experienced. They helped us arrange a car for a day of sightseeing, made an amazing breakfast, and were so accommodating and friendly! This was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand by far."

"The hotel was very clean, the staff are friendly and seem to run it as a little family. There’s a coffee shop at the front that’s serves a lovely coffee in the morning upon your exit. There are plenty of little food places near by and the old town is a short grab ride away (10 mins) it will cost around 80 Thai bhrt for the ride. Would I stay here again for the price yes 👍. "
