"My stay was adequate if not slightly overpriced, but I was traveling alone and needed a place to stay. I was given an accessible room which was fine but I could smell cigarette smoke. Unsure if that came from smokers outside or in the room next to me but it was pretty consistent. Everything else was sufficient. "

"This carriage house was above and beyond what we expected. Great kind owners and their dog Blue is friendly. He does like to chase squirrels which was entertaining. The location is in town with the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. But it wouldn’t have been as enjoyable had we not stayed at this carriage house. Thank you do much Keith and Gayle! And Blue too!"

"Room looked fine in terms of flooring, furniture , chair and bed linens. Unfortunately as I sat and relaxed I kept seeing little bugs creep out. Then saw bugs creeping out from under the bed frame. Then saw roach run across side of the mattress. Even though it was 12:40 AM. I packed up and left. I had layed a bath towel at the hallway door to keep out the light. When I removed it to leave found a bug under it from coming from the hallway. BEFORE getting in my car, turned everything out, shook & inspected before rebagging everything in plastic bags before putting in my car. YIKES!!!"
