"The cabin is architecturally unique in a gorgeous location on the river. It is extremely well maintained and equipped. There is nothing better after a day of hiking the North Cascades, than sitting by the river with a fire and a glass of wine. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back."

"The pictures do not do the Rhody House justice! It was such a charming, well equipped, and comfortable cabin, despite being in a remote area. The Rhody House is the perfect place to explore harder to get to places in North Cascades National Park, including the Cascade Pass area. We were very impressed with how fast the wifi was, and we loved how peaceful and quiet the cabin was. I can see why it stays booked up! We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to the North Cascades area. Thanks to Steve for being such a fantastic host and sharing his amazing cabin with visitors! "

"Thought it was the perfect place to stay to see North Cascades NP! We absolutely loved the location - it was quiet & secluded for the evening but close enough to the park for the day! I was anxious about the generator but it was so easy & didn’t cause any issues at all! The only hiccup is that the GPS takes you to the back way which has a locked gate so make sure your GPS has you going to the check in area. "
