Property was fine. Greeted at the door and that was nice. Checked in but was told nothing of amenities...at all. I had questions of if there was a breakfast or dinner or gym or pool or anything...and I was told nothing about anything...thought that was strange. Room was small but nice. TV remote didn't work well and I didn't receive any towels for the second night of stay...had to ask for them. Overall, i would still give it one last chance...maybe it was an "off-day" or "weekend".... but I believe in second chances...

I only spent one night, but the renovations are finally done, and the hotel looked great. The bar staff was friendly and helpful, even letting me use a phone charger while I was sitting and having my dinner. They saved the day. Since I forgot to bring one. That being said, it would be great if there was a little shop in the hotel, for people like me who forget things.

The property was more impressive in person. Although the online pictures were nice. There don't fully capture the atmosphere. We had a pleasant stay. However, one thing that stood out is the housekeeping is not continuous. We arrived at about 3:00 PM. While walking to our room we noticed delivery food items left out in front of a guestroom. We passed it a few times the first day and it was still there the next morning at 9:00 AM. This is very surprising for a hotel of the caliber. I would have thought that the staff do walk throughs checking the floors for trash etc.
