We had a wonderful stay at the townhome. We had plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and would stay again! The area is nice with sites and amenities close by. Gonzalo was a gracious host. Thanks again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and is close to restaurants, coffee, and of course the monuments and museums. The townhouse itself is very comfortable and has a great layout to support family dinners and game nights but the bedrooms are separate enough to allow everyone to have their privacy when needed.Our host, Gonzalo, was great! His check-in instructions were very clear and he even flowed up to make sure we got settled in OK. My whole family (even the grumpy teenagers) really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely look for availability for this property when visiting DC again.

Very clean home in a convenient area near the Wharf and a short-ish walk to Capitol Hill. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. The only bummer was no access to the backyard area. I would have liked to get fresh air without sitting on the front steps. Would stay again!

Everything with the house was as listed. Location was perfect for what we were wanting with visiting the National Mall, and lots to do even more immediately to the property. Would definitely recommend this property for those visiting DC!

The listing was accurate but the communication from the hosts is what made this place easy to find and access. The parking spot was very convenient and easy to access. The townhouse was attractive and comfortably outfitted and we loved that the bedrooms/baths were on different floors. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

Ideal Stay

I don't think we could have found a more ideal stay. Easily navigated everything to do and see within a 30 minute walk even with a 3, 7, and 9 year old. Luisa & Gonzalo were SUPER RESPONSIVE and very helpful and, even better, made the checkout process as seamless as can be. We really enjoyed this stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

It was a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect and the house was a good fit for us. The owner was a great help and answered quickly. My one complaint is there was an odor around the kitchen sink area.

Sibling retreat

Three of us stayed here and have nothing but compliments. I've been going to DC for nearly 50 years and never knew that the Wharf area was developed 20 years ago now with shops, food and amazing architecture. Great location.

Family place to stay

This was all about location, comfort and location. We were so close to everything for must see. In the evening being by the warf was fun and added another place to hang out. We had smaller children with us and they didn’t want to leave the kids room. Place had everything you could possibly think off that you may need during your stay. This was excellent place to stay. Next time we have family come visit we hope this will be available for us to stay in.

Overall our stay was very good. Very welcoming and communicative host. The kids room was great for families and could easily sleep 4 kids. Nice family and TV room too. Convenient parking. The AC situation is suboptimal. There were individual window units in each bedroom which were really loud which could be troublesome for a light sleeper. But at least kept the rooms cool. Be prepared for steep stairs, which can be tough with little kids.
