Summary:
Historic Logan Circle Rowhouse in the heart of Washington, DC. Newly renovated in 2021; this very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house was beautifully renovated in 2022. The Rowhouse is just steps from Logan Circle, Shaw Metro Station, the Convention Center and all the restaurants/night life of 14th Street.

Top two private floors within a four story Rowhouse. Total of 4 bed/3 baths. Very spacious living room; fully remodeled in 2022.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their own private units. Guests are provided a unique 4-digit code for their stay. Allows for easy checkin and checkout.

The Neighborhood:
Steeped in history but firmly rooted in the now, Logan Circle charms visitors and locals alike. Elegant row homes and the city’s hottest restaurants and bars. Everything you need--from specialty shops and grocers to a gym and coffee shop--is a pleasant stroll away.

Wonderful week at Logan Circle

We had a great week at this house. The location is wonderful - very close to the metro, groceries and restaurants. The house was well appointed, clean and ver comfortable. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house

House is simply lovely and the location is so convenient. The neighborhood is really fun and we enjoyed trying all the nearby restaurants, etc. With the metro right there, visiting all the DC museums was very easy. We will definitely return to this rental on our next visit!

Great get-a-way

Incredibly well-appointed and comfortable, this townhouse was perfect for my adult children and their friends to join me for a weekend in DC. We were fortunate to have a beautiful weather weekend which spotlighted how walkable this location is to all the places we were headed. Can't wait to visit again.

Quintessential DC row home steps from the Shaw metro stop (green line). We rented apt 1, which is the upper level apt with four bedrooms. Great apt...would rent again. The owner was very easy to communicate with.
