The property is nice, very close to metro Station and one can have easy and safe commute all over DC.
This property is well maintained and has all necessities to stay with family.
Parking space is good if you have smaller car.

Matthew was really great as a host. He tried to help with the issue as soon as possible. I would suggest to replace sofa with the proper dinning table. There is no place where to sit, other than the small sofa. I rented this place to have at least sit down breakfast together with my family. Also, I would replace full bed in the bedroom for two twins and have at least one night table with the proper light. The property is listing garden- in reality there is none, if two cars are parked there. I had Yukon Denali, I could barely get out of car, very tight parking, especially with the big car.
