DC Stay

Very much enjoyed our stay! Lovely property! It’s a company that manages the property. They answer the phone when you call and are very nice. Just a few minor issues we had- blinds were broken which were by the sofa bed so it was very exposing in the main area, sofa bed not great for sleeping, no blanket was there but they helped us get one, and hair dryer was broken. Location good and very easy to get to Metro. With a Starbucks close too!

Nice Building, Tedious to Access, Cheap Furnishings

There was nothing inaccurate with description. Property was beautiful and instructions were detailed and helpful. Location was convenient and safe. Conve ient to restaurants and points of interest. Gym was nice. Did not use the pool. The bad: that was the noisest bed ive ever slept on. Its like it was wrapped in a tarp. Every movement was the noise equivalent of rolling on tinfoil. Lamp in bedroom was broken and didnt work. Only one tv remote for 2 tvs. Very limited soap considering there were 5 of us. Access code reuqired installation of app and a 20 minute call with help desk. Even then there was one critical door that the code never worked on. Very inconvenient. To be fair, they probably would have addressed these issues but i didnt feel like calling in again.
