Great place to stay family, friendly good for all ages. Great communication safe area very comfortable. Loved this place would highly recommend and would go again.
My husband and I stayed here & the location was great! It was close enough to all the places we wanted to see and we felt safe there too. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The bed was very nice after a long day of walking. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, as a matter of fact once we came back to the apartment for the day it was hard to go back out for dinner.
This place was in a great location. Our host was great. Made everything easily accessible and was there for any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.
The location was really convenient and I love the diverse neighborhood. Everything was clean and cute and that bed was amazingly comfortable! Communication was great, and the website was helpful.
We came to do the normal DC stuff and this was perfect for our family of 5! The location is quiet and the apartment is wonderful to come back to after a long day of being in the city! We used the buses to get around and it couldn’t have been more convenient! Saving this one for next time!!!
This place was located directly in a gem of a great neighborhood first time ever being on the east coast and it was all that we hoped for it was driving and walking distance to everything you want to seein D.C the host thought of everything you you might need just a great experience all around

Great stay
Very luxurious bathroom and cozy bedroom. We felt comfortable and safe here and the amenities were perfect. There were some noisy neighbors at times due to thin walls, but it was quiet at night. I recommend using the metrobus to metro or biking for transportation.
The property is as depicted in the photos. Very cute and comfortable. Nice little touches, out door space, lots of towels, very neat and nicely maintained. The neighborhood has lots of walkable options. Plenty of scooters, bikes and Lyfts. Whole Foods is walkable. The owner is onsite, very responsive and knowledgeable about the area and willing to share his knowledge. I would definitely stay here again
We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures. Very clean and roomy. Property is extremely well maintained. The co-host was extremely helpful and so friendly, she’s a wonderful person! The host responds quickly to any questions. We truly enjoyed our visit!
Had a great stay. Amenities were good. Could add a few things to the kitchen, but since it’s a new listing I’m sure things will be added as more people stay. Parking was crazy easy. Walking distance to groceries and CVS. Reina and John are great hosts. Would totally stay again if they will have us!
The apartment was perfect! It for our needs and was close to the metro stop to get us to all the places we wanted to see. My mom and nephew slept on the very comfy bed while my brother slept on the chair in the bedroom. He said it was better than sleeping in a recliner (which is what he sleeps in every night because of his bad back) I slept on the pull out couch. We all agreed that our favorite things about the apartment was the shower! The apartment was very clean and beautiful decorated. Had all the kitchen items needed. Plenty of towels and sheet and blankets. We would def stay here again when we come back to DC!!!
My 14 year old daughter and I spent 6 days in DC and this home was perfect for us. We spent the first few days walking every where which was great to see the different neighborhoods. The metro was only 15 minutes from the house which was very convenient. Reina was super helpful and kind to let us leave our belongings in the apartment until our train later on in the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and my daughter liked the inflatable mattress. We really enjoyed the rain shower and comfortable living room. It was nice to have extra toiletries and kitchen supplies if needed. Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the beauty of DC.
the location made for easy walking to get to the Big Bus (/- 1/2 hour) bed was comfortable, as was (for a nice change) the couches. Our somewhat negative comment would be that as older travelers we do NOT tend to rely that much on techy stuff & were (personally) disappointed that while John did have an informative web site, we are used to having an information binder available upon arrival. The property had MULTIPLE remote controls & we old folk DID have problems what operated what & even ended up leaving the tv & led back lighting on the 1st night, again because there was no operating instruction. Reina was also very helpful upon our arrival & made us feel extremely welcome !! all in all (aside from our techno old folk issues) we would recommend the property for those that want to see the city & do not mind a bit of walking - BIG THANKS
Things we loved- Parking was easy. Check in was straight forward. The hosts had the unit nice and warm which was great on a chilly day. The bed was wonderful, and the place had plenty of towels. The location was 2 blocks from the bus station heading into downtown and 1 block from the bus station getting dropped back off. It was far enough outside of downtown to feel like a neighborhood, but close enough that we never struggled to get there and back. The place itself was swept, laundered, and charming. The owners have tried to keep the integrity of this historic building. We just loved the wood work and the parquet floors. The neighborhood was diverse and urban, but we felt safe and practiced street smarts. Things to note- The walls are thin. This is by no means the owners’ fault, but if you or your pet are sensitive to noise, be aware. The apartment is renovated by the owners, and as such there are quirks to some of the cabinets/wiring. The rugs in the bathroom could use a wash/update, but overall we’d stay again here and enjoyed it!

Pretty cool, but...
I liked the street, the parking was convenient, and the unit (once inside) looks as advertised. Overall, it honestly was pretty good. There were some things that just didnt work as well for me. First, the landing area smelled a little like gas and had several sewer moths present. However, the living room was spotless. The bedroom was pretty, too. Adversely, the sheets and pillows had some pet hair on them, and the shower drain in the bathroom had long hair in it that looked like it had been there a while. When I wiped the bathroom floors with lysol wipes, the wipes had a lot on them. The pitch of the bathroom floor (wet room set up) didnt allow the water to drain properly, so the floor mat that was in there was soaked. It also had hair under it. I didn't take pictures of everything because it was late when I got in and I was pretty focused on cleaning to shower and try to sleep. Lastly, this is more of a personal preference, an alternative to the rain head shower would be great for the girlies who don't wash their hair everyday. Overall though, it wasn't bad.
The description was relatively accurate. It was nicely decorated and clean inside the apartment. We had a difficult time with the door code and had to call the host… I didn’t receive an email- nor with the correct code on the app to gain entry-which I think was a Vrbo issue not the hosts issue. We didn’t have hot water, but the host corrected the issue in a timely manner- and she was VERY nice.
To clarify where the apartment is located from other reviews would be nice… it’s on the boarder of not being in the best area. Parking was extremely tight. The out side sitting area can be used by all guests of the building and one night someone was enjoying marijuana… to each is own but not really my cup of tea, and the odor came into the apartment. (A personal annoyance). It’s legal so not much we could do nor complain about.
Some of the electrical outlets in the bedroom were not in working order… and the smoke detector didn’t have batteries in it- not a deal breaker- as we were safe and unplugged things when we left during the day to sight see.
For the price, it was quite adequate. We cleaned up after ourselves, but I think I forgot to throw out our left over pizza and left it in the fridge… so that was on me. I always try to treat Vrbo/airb places as if they were my own… would I stay again? Probably due to the location, no.
Beautiful home! Very elegant design and decoration. Everything you need to explore DC! Love this place! I would stay there again if we go back to the DC area
