Great apartment but communication and check in poor!

The location, actual apartment and price were great. Swimming pool on roof was heavenly. However, the communication from Global Luxury Suites was difficult and confusing. Check in was baffling and you are rather left to your own devices. No flexibilitly in check in or out - and with the app key system, this meant we couldn't leave luggage before or after.
